I go to the gym daily and I believe I am fairly strong, but I want my grip and hand strength to become very strong as well. I ordered the captains of crush #2 so that I can train my crush strength along with pinch and wrist curls. Unfortunately I can only close it about half way, and I don’t really want to spend the money on the #1. If I just train my forearms in every way, and do half reps with the #2 will that be sufficient in helping me close it all the way?
